SouthEast Impressions Policy: Effective January 1, 2020, we require payment in full to get started on your project. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a tax exempt form prior to ordering. Failure to provide proper documentation will result in sales tax charges.

We allow for 2 free edits on virtual proofs. Any further edits are billed at a rate of $25.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum. To submit changes on your proof, please include any and all edits in one clear and concise email. This will speed up the job and get your job into production faster. We cannot accept phone-in edits.

Your approval constitutes acceptance of full responsibility for all errors and omissions contained in your order. SEI will not accept liability for errors overlooked after work order and art approval is granted.
